    1 Preface Congratulations for purchasing and using METREL A 1513 Discharge Link accessory. The A 1513 Discharge link is optional accessory intended for manual discharging of capacitive objects. This unit contains a high ohm discharge resistor (10 kV) enclosed in double insulation plastic package.
