B L E E D I N G
■
Open the Power Unit and remove the Q-Heat Distributor cover.
■
Check whether all four valves on the manifold are open on the Q-Heat Distributor.
Open any closed valves.

■
Use a bleed key to bleed the storage circuit on the Q-Heat Distributor. Attach a
hose to the bleed screw to divert any leaking heating water and then use an
mm
wrench to loosen the bleed screw.
■
When only heating water escapes from the bleed screw, tighten the screw.
■
Add XRGI® Engine Coolant to the expansion vessel on the Q-Heat Distributor. Add
up to the maximum mark.

Bleed the engine circuit at the air pot on the Power Unit. Attach a hose to the
bleed screw to divert any leaking XRGI® Engine Coolant and then use an
wrench to loosen the bleed screw.
■
Bleed until only XRGI® Engine Coolant and no air escapes.
■
When only XRGI® Engine Coolant escapes from the bleed screw, tighten the screw
and check if there is still sufficient XRGI® Engine Coolant in the expansion vessel. If
necessary, refill XRGI® Engine Coolant to the maximum mark.
