TOOLS AND
ACCESSORIES
Follow steps 1-4 of 'Using in
upright mode' but set the carpet
height adjustment knob to the
TOOLS setting.
Remove the hose connector Í
from the rear of the cleaner. Lift
the hose · from the top handle
hook. Insert the hose clip Ò
into the hose clip slot Ë.
Push the required attachment
firmly onto the end of the hose.
If additional length is required,
attach one or both extension
tubes Â.
Switch on „.
IMPORTANT: Always fix the
hose clip Ò to the main body
slot Ë when using the hose and
tools.
Never over extend the hose such
that the cleaner is pulled over.
IMPORTANT: Turning the cleaner
sideways helps prevent the
cleaner being pulled along by
the stretch hose.
Turbo nozzle
Ú
(certain models only)
This nozzle is suitable for
cleaning and rejuvenating cut
pile carpets and is ideal for
picking up stubborn dirt and pet
and human hairs.
Cleaning the turbo
nozzle

(certain models only)
The turbo nozzle should be
regularly cleaned and any hairs
or fibres wrapped around the
brush bar removed to maintain
optimum performance.

and Hair
tool
(certain models only)
This tool is suitable for cleaning
the stairs, and when the
additional attachment is added,
it is ideal for picking up human
and pet hair.

Other accessories
include:
Crevice tool Ê for awkward
places, corners and behind
radiators etc.
Furniture brush Á for pelmets,
delicate objects etc.
Nested extension tubes (x2)
 Attach the extension tubes
to the handle end of the hose.
Attach the required accessory to
end of the tube(s).
Tool storage
The crevice tool Ê and furniture
brush Á may be stored in the
spaces on the rear of the
vacuum cleaner.
OPERATING THE
APPLIANCE
ASSEMBLY
WARNING: Do not plug in the
cleaner until it is assembled.

Carefully unpack all of the
components.

Lift the cleaner body to the
upright position.

Remove the two screws that are
already attached to the body.

From the rear of the cleaner,
align the handle with the groove
and slide into the body A. If
necessary, use thumb and finger
pressure to slide the handle into
position.

Fasten the handle with the two
screws A.
Floor nozzle
height adjustment
Before using the cleaner, the
floor nozzle height fi must be
Ù
set to the correct height.
Choose the setting which most
closely matches your floor
surface.
Use the TOOLS setting when
using the tools.
