- Page 3 Assembly Instructions Referring to the exploded view ..1. Bolt the Base Plate (2) to the main frame (1) using the four nuts and bolts supplied. 2. Insert the axle (6) into the axle support brackets. 3. Secure the wheels on each end of the axle, with the washers and split pins, in the manner shown.
