Diagnostics: Measure signal from PT and
compare with indication on the pressure gauge
Control system does not work in closed-loop
pressure control
Diagnostics: Pressure command value (6c/4c)
is less than actual value normalized (24c).
Pilot valve defective
Weighting of the actual pressure value is
incorrectly set
Diagnostics: Pressure command value (6c/4c)
and actual pressure value normalized (24c)
are equal and can be regulated
Pressure transducer defective/not connected
Diagnostics: Measure signal from PT and
compare with indication on the pressure gauge
Pressure controller active
Power limitation (optional) active
Actual swivel angle acquisition improperly set
Drive speed too low (slip, incorrect frequency,
wrong motor)
Damage to the pump (excessive pump
leakage)
Wear/mechanical damage to the control
system
Excessive power consumption of the pump
Overcurrent protection of motor does not work

Spool jams in pilot valve
Diagnostics: Disconnect central plug-in
connector X1 or supply voltage from pilot
valve and test whether the motor is still

Change the place of installation of the
