You can protect important images from acddenta[ erasure.
I_the • SeeSelecting MenusandSettings (p. 38).

(Play) menu,
select _.
• Usethe _) or G button to select an
image to protect.
• Pressthe SETbutton to protect the
image. Pressthe SETbutton again to
remove the protection.
• You can make the selection of images
easier by toggling between single image
replay and index replay by pressing the
zoom lever toward [] / 0,.

• Pressthe MENU button repeatedly until
the replay screen reappears to finish the
procedure.
Please note that formatting (initializing) a CF card erases all
data, including protected images.
