END OF WARRANTY
The company is committed to ensuring and six (6) months in relation to the product
described below, from the date of sale to the end customer, under the following conditions
and standards:
1) The company will not cover in any case, and defects in paint hazards or kneading from
transport, which should be required of the company in the delivery or receipt of goods. Nor
will ensure equipment exposed to the weather, or in any way after use have been too long
without running, rust may appear in non-lubricated moving parts.
2) The warranty does not cover glass, bulbs, fuses, switches, contactors, heaters,
thermostats, temperature controller, relays, solenoids water and gas solenoid valve
because they are sensitive to variations in electrical voltage components, not suitable
transport facilities are inadequate and unprotected.
3) The electric motor, when damaged, must be referred to the technical assistance of the
respective manufacturers and must have prior contact with G.Paniz.
4) The customer is entitled to technical assistance rather than using the same machine
whose measure is greater than 0,360m³ or greater than 94 kg. If the computer does not
meet the above measures, shall be sent to the nearest authorized service. If it is found that
there has been misuse or improper installation of equipment, subsistence costs, travel and
repair are borne by the user, even if the warranty period.
5) The factory warranty relates to machines in normal use and service defects in material or
assembly. The factory reserves the right to provide advice and does not allow others to
judge defects appear during the warranty period. The warranty will cover the cost of labor,
provided it is carried out by the dealer. Excluded from warranty defects or damage arising
from accidents caused by negligence in operations.
6) The company is not responsible for changes in the product, unless the changes made by
the factory.
7) After three (3) months of use, it is considered out of warranty all parts or accessories that
have a natural or accelerated, such as bearings and seals wear, discs Meat Grinder and
Food Preparer; balloon, paddle and spiral planetary mixer; Modeling felts; wire drawing,
extrusion snails and feeders.
