Keep the product in a dry environment with a non-corrosive atmosphere, away from direct sunlight, places with poor ventilation and sources of heat such as radiators and heating systems (non-observance of this warning may present a fire hazard). Chapter 1 - Introduction 1.1 Product specifications This section introduces the IPC specifications, allowing the user to familiarise themselves with the device. Video functions and instant acquisitions The network camera supports video recording and the instant acquisition function. Mirror image function The network camera supports the horizontal, vertical and horizontal-vertical video flip function.
Chapter 2 - Operating instructions 2.1 Network connection To view and configure the network camera on the network, the IP camera must be connected to the computer in use and the Smart Search tool or the Smart CMS software installed to find and edit the IP address of your network camera. In the Smart Search tool, select the IP editing device. The IP and gateway can be edited and the password entered on the right-hand side of the interface.

Note: The IP address obtained is assigned dynamically via PPPoE, therefore the IP address always changes after the camera has been restarted. To overcome the inconvenience of the dynamic IP address, you need to obtain a domain name from the DDNS provider (e.g.
Chapter 3 - Accessing the IPC via web client 3.1 Installing HsWebplugin.exe controls Note: If the IP address for your network camera has already been changed, log in with the new IP address. Open the browser and enter the IP address of the IPC in the address bar (the default address is 192.168.1.150).

P2P is a private network penetration technology. Devices can be added using the two methods below. 1) Download the Comelit View Smart app and register an account. 2) Access the P2P platform and add the device by scanning the QR code.

Chapter 7 - Frequently Asked Questions 1. Why can’t the camera be accessed via Internet Explorer? Answer: there may be 3 possible reasons. a. Is there a network access issue? Connect the network cable to a PC and make sure the network cable is intact and working properly.
