2.4. AT+QGPSEND Terminate GNSS Session

Turn on GNSS engine by AT+QGPS, when <fixcount> is 0, GNSS engine will position continuously, you
can force to terminate it by AT+QGPSEND.
reach the specified value, it will terminate automatically.
