DVD-RAM, DVD-RW and DVD-R can be used if they are 8 cm
(3z) bare discs. (l 18)

of the disc to the other. You will need to eject the disc and turn
it over.
You cannot record continuously from one side of the disc to
the other. The recording time indicated on the disc package is
the total time for both sides. You will need to eject the disc and
turn it over to record on both sides.
Recording can be started and stopped until the disc is full.
However the data recorded on the DVD-R cannot be erased.
By finalizing a DVD-RW (Video format) or a DVD-R in this unit,
it can be played back on a DVD player.
DVD-RAM or DVD-RW (VR format) can be played back on a
DVD recorder, DVD player etc. that supports DVD-RAM or
DVD-RW (VR format). Refer to the operating instructions of
the DVD recorder or DVD player.
≥ DVD-RW (VR format) may have to be finalized. In this case,
finalize the disc on this unit.
