You can unlock the images you protected if you choose [Unlock] in Step 4,
while in [Select Range], or Step 2 while in [All Images].

Erasing Images

You can select images to erase. Since erased images cannot be recovered,
exercise adequate caution before erasing. Protected images (p. 118) cannot
be erased.
Choosing Images Individually
Protect images.
Press the op buttons or turn the – dial to
choose [Protect] and press the m button.
Choose [Erase].
Press the n button, choose the 1
tab and [Erase], and press the m button.
Choose a selection method.
Press the op buttons or turn the – dial
to choose a selection method, and press
the m button.
Pressing the n button will restore the
menu screen.
Choose [Select].
Follow Step 2 above to choose [Select]
and press the m button.
Press the qr buttons or turn the – dial to
choose the image and press the m button.
 
Once set,
will appear on the screen.
