Explanation / Possible cause
The battery voltage is too low
(<1.91V/Cell)
1. The battery voltage is far too
low. (<1.4V/Cell)
2. The battery polarity is reversely
connected.
Input protector is tripped
Insufficient AC power quality.
(Shore or Generator)
Set "Solar First" as the priority of
output source.
The battery is disconnected.
Overload error. The inverter is at
110% overload and time is up.
Output short-circuited.
The temperature of an internal
converter component is over
120°C. (Only available for 1-3KVA
models.)
The internal temperature of an
inverter component is over 100°C.
The battery is over-charged.
The battery voltage is too high.
Fan fault
Output abnormal (Inverter voltage
below than 190Vac or higher than
260Vac)
Internal components failed.
Over current or surge.
Bus voltage is too low.
What to do
1. Recharge the battery.
2. Replace the battery.
1. Check if the batteries and
the wiring are well
connected.
2. Re-charge the battery.
3. Replace the battery.
Check if the AC breaker is
tripped and the AC wiring is
well connected.
1. Check if the AC wires are
too thin and/or too long.
2. Check if the generator (if
applicable) is working
correctly or if the input
voltage range setting is
correct. (UPSAppliance)
Change the output source
priority to the Utility.
Check if the battery wires are
well connected.
Reduce the connected load
by switching off some
equipment.
Check if the wiring is well
connected and remove
abnormal loads.
Check if the air flow of the
unit is blocked or if the
ambient temperature is too
high.
Return to the repair center.
Check if the quantity of
batteries meet the
requirements.
Replace the fan.
1. Reduce the connected
load.
2. Return to the repair center
