 Digit 1 and Digit 2 (RW1) are set as OFF by default, means 1 floor with 8 households.
 Digit 8 (RW1) is used to set the distributor mode. ON means the current indoor
station version, OFF means the former version.

When there are more than 8 households in one floor, you need more than one
