2.5.1. Simplex Protocol
When the HPT204BT modem is loaded with special firmware which supports Simplex protocol
ModemVU general window will be like below:
1. On the Radio Link tab, set the following parameters (Table 2-1) and click Apply.

Base Modem

Set the frequency in band 215-255 MHz
For both Base and Rover modems the frequency must be the same.
Select the transmission power
for the radio modem.
Specifies a modulation scheme that will be used by your modem. QPSK is recommended.
For both Base and Rover modems the modulation type must be the same.
