    Maintenance To ensure years of precise performance, maintain this product periodically based on frequency of use. Read the maintenance precautions thoroughly before maintaining this product.

    1. Maintenance Precautions 1. Maintenance Precautions • This machine includes parts that must be replaced periodically. We therefore recommend taking out a maintenance contract. Clean this machine and replace consumable items to prevent quality defects and accidents. • Clean periodically. Debris and dust will accumulate on electrical components when this machine is used for extended periods.

We recommend shaking the Ink bottle periodically to keep printing consistent. UV ink: once a month. White ink: once a day. l Shake the Ink bottle Shake the Ink bottle to the left and right slowly at least 20 times.

    3. Maintenance Procedure Continuing to use the dirty platen will prevent proper feeding of the media. It will also cause dried ink and attached dust to rub against the head nozzle surface and lead to print defects (e.g., nozzle clogging, deflection).

Turning off the main power supply will disable the automatic maintenance function (including nozzle clogging prevention function and ink discharge channel cleaning function). This will increase the risk of print defects (e.g., nozzle clogging, deflection).

Remove the pinch roller spindle. Pinch roller spindle Mount new pinch rollers, and secure them using the O-ring. Close the front cover.
