Questions and answers
No CDs or DVDs work in the player. I tried all different types of CDs and DVDs and none work. The screen just keeps loading or says disc unknown. I tried regular CDs, CD-R, CD-R w, regular DVD, Blue Ray DVD, and 4k DVD. None of them work.
