Problem Solution

Make sure hot air is able to circulate around the items to
ensure effective drying. You can run one more complete
drying cycle if necessary.

Guarantee certificate

ATTENTION
This certificate is an additional advantage offered to the consumer, however, for it to be valid, it is
essential that the competent INVOICE for the purchase of the product is presented.
With this product, Philips Avent aims to fully serve the consumer, providing the guarantee in the
manner established herein.
1. This warranty is complementary to the legal one and stipulates that all parts and components are
fully guaranteed against any defects in parts or manufacturing that may occur within 2 (two) years
from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer , as expressed in the purchase invoice.
2. If the consumer transfers ownership of this product, the warranty will be automatically transferred,
respecting the validity period, counted from the first purchase.
3. Once the eventual manufacturing defect is verified, the consumer must contact the nearest
Authorized Technical Assistance.
4. In other locations where there is no Authorized Technical Assistance, the costs of transporting the
product are borne by the consumer.
5. Within the warranty period, any defective parts, pieces and components will be exchanged free of
charge, as well as the labor applied.
6. This warranty is terminated if one of the following occurs:
a. If the defect is caused by non-domestic use or misuse and in disagreement with the
recommendations in the product instruction manual.
b. If the product has been examined, altered, tampered with, defrauded, adjusted or repaired by a
workshop or person not authorized by the manufacturer.
c. If any part, part or component added to the product is characterized as non-original.
d. If this product is connected at a voltage different from that indicated on the product.
e. If the serial number identifying the product is in any way tampered with or erased.
f. By acts of God or force majeure, as well as those caused by agents of nature.
7. Changing the voltage of the product is not covered by this warranty.
