2 DESCRIPTION

The NRG-Temp thermostat is a smart thermostat
designed for electrical underfloor heating. It is
designed to control your underfloor heating in order
to give you the best possible comfort at the lowest
energy consumption. The NRG-Temp is equipped
with an ambient sensor and a floor sensor and is thus
capable of monitoring and controlling your underfloor
heating cables in 3 different modes (Room sensing
mode / floor sensing mode / Room sensing mode with
floor limiter) depending on your needs.
The NRG-Temp will switch on and off your underfloor
heating in order to obtain the set-temperature.

The NRG-Temp is a Programmable Timer Thermostat
that is preloaded with 4 programs (see Table 1).
Program Name Description
Comfort
In the Comfort Program, the NRG-
Program
Temp is aiming for 1 temperature only
(called the Comfort temperature).
Standby
Use the Standby program to switch

off your heating for a long period of
time (like for instance during the
summer period). While operating in
Standby, the NRG-Temp can be set in
frost protection mode (see 7.2.6).
Economic
The NRG-Temp is preloaded with 2
Home Program
economic programs. During these
economic programs, the NRG-Temp
is aiming at 2 different temperatures
(Comfort and Reduced temperature
see Table 2) based on a weekly
schedule. The Economic Home is a
schedule designed for a home with a
working day schedule different from
the weekend schedule (see 6.6.2).

The Economic Office is a schedule
Office Program
designed to be used in offices with a
working day and a weekend schedule
(see 6.6.3).
