OPERATION
OPTIONAL FAN
For appliances equipped with the optional fan: the fan can operate in automatic mode or manual
mode. Automatic mode will start or stop the fan based on temperature. Manual mode will run the fan
continuously.
FOR AUTOMATIC FAN OPERATION
While the appliance is running, press the
switch to the 'AUTO' position (see Fig. 27).
The fan will automatically turn on or off
based on the temperature
FOR MANUAL FAN OPERATION
While the appliance is running, press the
switch to the 'MANUAL' position (see Fig. 28).
The fan will run continuously until turned to

'AUTO' or 'OFF'.

TO TURN OFF FAN
While the appliance is running, press the
switch to the 'OFF' position (see Fig. 29).
The fan will not run until switched to 'AUTO'

or 'MANUAL'. It is recommended to leave

the fan in the 'OFF' position when not using
the appliance.
The fan should be turned off when the
appliance is not running.
CAUTION: Leaving the fan in the 'AUTO' or 'MANUAL' positions when the appliance is not
running may lead to premature wear on the fan.
