INTRODUCTION OF FOOD IN THE PLATE
1. Pour water in the glass container (see quantities below). (1.)
2. Install the perforated stainless steel plate on the glass container. (2.)
3. Put the foods in the perforated stainless steel plate. (2.)
4. In the case of a two levels cooking, place the perforated tray above the
basket. (3.)
5. Close the steam plate with the stainless steel cover. (4.)
AFTER THE STEAM COOKING
During cooking, steam can escape from the steam plate. This steam
condenses inside the microwave. When the appliance is cold, wipe the inside
of the microwave with a soft duster.
When you take off the food from the microwave, check that this one has
finished its cycle, or, by default, stop cooking.
In the opposite case, and if you operate your microwave empty, you risk to
cause an overheating and to damage the appliance.
Water quantity:
Total cooking time: until 20 min
The water should not evaporate completely during cooking, add more if
necessary.
Cooking time: The cooking time is not depending on the quantity, but on the
nature, on the quality and on the size of foods.
The indicated duration in the tables is indicative. Use the indicated sizes as a
point of reference. If you want to prepare smaller pieces, the cooking time has
to be reduced. Extend it for bigger pieces.
