Using preset copy ratios

Preset copy ratios are convenient when changing between standard print media sizes, for example,
reducing A4 to A5 size, or enlarging B5 to A4 size.
Follow this procedure:

Press [Menu] repeatedly until <1.ENLARGE/REDUCE> appears.

Use [ ] or [ ] to select <PRESET RATIO>.

Press [OK/Set].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select the copy ratio.
– <25% MIN.>:
– <70% A4 to A5>:
– <86% A4 to B5>:
– <100%>:
– <115% B5 to A4>:
– <141% A5 to A4>:
– <400% MAX.>:

Press [OK/Set].

Reduces the document to the 25% when copying.
Reduces an A4-size document to A5 size when copying.
Reduces an A4-size document to B5 size when copying.
Does not change the document size when copying.
Enlarges a B5-size document to A4 size when copying.
Enlarges an A5-size document to A4 size when copying.
Enlarges the document to the 400% when copying.
