Step 3:
Ensure the Chin Up Bar's two foam bars ( 3 & 4 ) on the opposite side of the door frame are in
full contact with and resting against the two sides of the door frame (Fig. 3).
Note:
Before using the Chin Up Bar, pull down on it with partial body weight to ensure it is
securely installed into the door frame.
Step 4:
Remove the Chin Up Bar from the door frame (Fig. 4) and store away in a safe place until
next use.
The safety wedge ( 9 ) should be left installed on top of the door frame.
