ASSEMBLY
Step 1:
Insert the included safety wedge ( 9 ) (pointed end facing down) behind the top door frame on
the hinge side of the door opening until secure (Fig. 1).
The safety wedge is designed to help prevent bar from unexpectedly falling off of the door
frame.
Step 2:
Attach the bottom edge of the plastic bar ( 1 ) onto the installed safety wedge ( 9 ) then guide
the Chin Up Bar down until it is securely resting on the top of the door frame (Fig. 2).
