- Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3/3 STEP 3 Head Cap Bolt Spring Washer Place Top (A) upside down on a soft cloth. Flat Washer Attach the Apron Frame (B) to Top (A) with Flat Washers, Spring Washers and Head Cap Bolts, tightening the bolts only half way.
