Preferred: You can set a list of

preferred networks that the phone
attempts to register with first,
before attempting to register to
any other networks. This list is set
from the phone's predefined list of
known networks.

GPRS attach

(Menu 0.2.2)
You can set GPRS service in various
ways.
Power on
v
If you select this menu, the phone
is automatically registered to a
GPRS network when you switch
the phone on. Starting a WAP or
PC dial-up application creates
a connection between phone
and network and data transfer is
then possible. When you end the
application, GPRS connection is
ended but registration to the GPRS
network continues.
When needed
v
If you select this menu, the GPRS
connection is established when
you connect a WAP or application
service and closed when you end
the WAP or application connection.

Access Point

View: You can see the selected

profile.
Edit: You can edit the selected
v
profile.
New access point
v
• Name: You can type the network
name.
• Bearer: You can set the bearer
data service. Data/GPRS.
