Answering a call

When you receive a call, the phone
rings and the flashing phone icon
appears on the screen. If the caller
can be identified, the caller's phone
number (or their name if it has been
saved in Contacts) is displayed.
1. To answer an incoming call, simply
open the phone(when Flip open
has been set as the answer mode).
You can change the answer mode
to what you want by using the
Answer mode feature.

Any key
If the has been set as the
answer mode, any key press will
answer a call, except for the
key or the right soft key.
To reject an incoming call when

in Silent mode, press and hold the
down key on the left hand side of
the phone without opening the
phone.
Two steps are required to reject an
incoming call when in other profile
modes without opening the phone.
After you first press and hold the
down the key on the left hand side
during an incoming call, the current
profile will be changed to Silent
mode.
Press and hold the down key again,
and the incoming call is rejected.
You can answer a call even while

using the Contacts or other menu
features.
2. To end a call, close the phone or
press the e key.

Signal strength

You can check the strength of your
signal by the signal indicator (
on the LCD screen of your phone.
Signal strength can vary, particularly
inside buildings. Moving nearer to a
window may improve reception.
