13. FAQ
Driver card is inserted in TachoReader Combo Plus and the LEDs on the device do not
light up.
In this case re-insert the card into the device, press it so that the device sounds a beep and
the first
ED on the progress bar lights up.

The problem may also occur when TR Combo Plus is connected to a computer using a mini-
USB cable via a
UB. Connect the device directly to the USB port.
