    • Never operate a Life Fitness product if it has a damaged power cord or electrical plug, or if it has been dropped, damaged, or even partially immersed in water. If this occurs, contact Life Fitness Customer Support Services as outlined in Service at the end of this manual.

    GeTTInG sTarTeD Make sure the DAP Console has been installed by a Life Fitness technician or authorized service agent. Refer to Service at the end of the manual to contact Life Fitness Customer Support Services if the Console is not yet installed. The Console will automatically power up when plugged into the power socket point.

    Configuration Menu (hidden) The Configuration Menu allows the user to configure settings for the DAP Console. This menu can be accessed by tapping the Life Fitness logo displayed on the top right hand corner of all screens three times.

    eXerCIse by reCoMMenDaTIon Tap on RECOMMENDED EXERCISES on the home screen. By default TOTAL BODY exercises is selected.

  • Page 12 To view an exercise video, tap on the button with a thumbnail image showing the exercise. For example, tap on the TRICEPS PRESSDOWN button to view the TRICEPS PRESSDOWN video.

    eXerCIse by posITIon To view an exercise by position, select from the available workout positions on display: Standing, Bench and Ball.
  • Page 14 For example, tap on the BENCH button on the HOME screen. This action displays the WITH BENCH screen as shown below. By default, the UPPER BODY category is selected.
  • Page 15 To view an exercise in another body group, select from the three available body groups on display: Upper Body, Lower Body and Core. For example, tap on the CORE button to see all core exercises using the bench. This action displays the CORE exercises as shown below.

    TraIner eXerCIses To view a trainer video, tap on the button with a thumbnail image showing the specific trainer video. The TRAINER EXERCISES screen can only be entered via the CONFIGURATIONS MENU. See the CONFIGURATIONS MENU section on how to access the TRAINER EXERCISE screen.

    In the event the console detects an internal error, a pop up window with an error code or instruction will appear. Please contact Life Fitness Customer Support Services as outlined in Services at the end of this manual with the error code or follow the instructions indicated.

    Cleaning Clean the Life Fitness DAP Console using a soft clean cloth. Lightly dampen the clean cloth with a mild soap and water solution and wipe the product. Do not use too much solution on the cloth and do not spray or pour any solution directly on the products.
