RECHARGEABLE ANGLE GRINDER WITH BRUSHLESS MOTOR
The machine housing, battery housing and charger have keys, preventing the installation of batteries of inadequate
rated voltage and design.
ATTENTION!
Always unplug the power cord from the power supply or remove the battery before preparing
for the operation, setting up, and maintenance of the power tool.
Installing a protective casing
ATTENTION!
The disc guard must be installed on the instrument in such a way that its closed side of the cover
is to be always towards the operator.
To install the cover it is necessary:
•
to move the locking lever 1 (pic. 1) to the side loosening the clamp;
•
to install the protective cover onto the seat of the gearbox cover so that no sparks and other products were
ejected towards the operator;
•
to adjust the size of the clamp according to the size of the seat by rotating casing clamp adjusting nut, so that
to ensure the possibility of free rotation of the casing on the seat;
•
to tighten the protective cover with the locking lever. At the same time the casing must be securely fixed in its
seat excluding his turn during work. Avoid applying excessive force to the lock lever, correct the tension using
clamp adjusting screw if necessary.
Installing of the side handle
ATTENTION!
You should always use the side handle supplied with the tool. Losing control of the tool while
working may cause injury.
ATTENTION!
Always check that the side handle is secure before work.
Screw the handle 8 (рiс.1) into the threaded hole in the gear housing in a comfortable position to work.
Installation / uninstallation of the tooling
ATTENTION!
Reinforced cutting and grinding discs specially designed to work on angle grinders and made
for a linear cutting speed of at least 80 m/s must be used for work.
At installation / uninstallation of the tooling the spindle lock is carried out by the key 2 (рiс. 1) located on the gearbox
housing.
Fastening the tooling onto the spindle is carried out with the help of a flange and a nut tightened with a special
key supplied in the kit. The tooling with a thread М14 fastens directly onto the threaded end of the spindle.
