201072 - 3650W WIRELESS REMOTE START GENERATOR

TROUbLESHOOTING

Problem
Engine will not start.
Engine starts but runs roughly.
Engine will not start wirelessly.
Engine will not start electrically.
Cause
No fuel.
Faulty spark plug.
Low oil level.
Spark plug wire loose.
Fuel dial OFF.
Old fuel or water in fuel.
Flooded with fuel.
CO Shield
module has been removed or

tampered with.
Dirty air filter.
Dirty fuel valve.
Clogged spark arrestor.
Remote key fob battery is dead.
Generator out of range of remote signal.
Obstructions in between generator and
remote.
CO Shield shutoff event occurred
Generator battery is dead.

TROUbLESHOOTING
Solution
Add fuel.
Clean and adjust spark plug or replace.
Fill crankcase to the proper level.
Place generator on a flat, level surface.
Attach wire to spark plug.
Move fuel dial ON.
Drain fuel and replace with fresh fuel.
Let unit stand for 10 mins.
Re-install module or contact technical support.
Clean or replace air filter.
Clean the fuel valve.
Clean spark arrestor.
Replace remote key fob battery.
Remote must be with 80 feet of generator.
Clear line of site between generator and remote.
Move generator to an open, outdoor area and
point the exhaust away from people and buildings.
Once relocated to a safe area, the generator can
be restarted by either using the Electric Start or
Manual Start instructions. Once the generator is
restarted, the Wireless Remote starting will be
active again and can be used to START/STOP the
generator.
Recharge generator battery.
