10.1 Inserting the accessories
Wire shelf:
Put the shelf between the guide bars of
the shelf support.
Tray:
Oven function
Conventional Baking
Bottom Heat
Fast Grilling
Quick Heat
Slow Cook
Application
This function is designed to save energy dur‐
ing cooking. For the cooking instructions refer
to "Hints and tips" chapter, Conventional Bak‐
ing. The oven door should be closed during
cooking so that the function is not interrupted
and to ensure that the oven operates with the
highest energy efficiency possible. When you
use this function, the temperature in the cavi‐
ty may differ from the set temperature. The
heating power may be reduced. For general
energy saving recommendations refer to "En‐
ergy Efficiency" chapter, Energy Saving. This
function was used to comply with the energy
efficiency class according to EN 60350-1.
To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to pre‐
serve food.
To grill flat food in large quantities and to
toast bread.
To roast larger joints of meat or poultry on
one level. To make gratins and to brown.
The maximum temperature for this function is
210 °C.
To prepare tender, succulent roasts.
Do not push the baking tray
all the way to the back wall
of the cavity. This prevents
the heat from circulating
around the tray. The food
may be burnt, especially in
the rear part of the tray.
Push the tray or deep pan between the
guide bars of the shelf support. Make
sure it does not touch the back wall of
the oven.
