4.0 Troubleshooting and Upkeep
SOLUTION
Remove and clean
Check and replace per chart
Remove safety cap from
chemical and blow small
amounts of compressed air
into line
Check injector o-ring or
replace
Replace safety cap
Remove cap
Tip dump contents, remove
debris
If leak is less than 4" from
tank side, cut and reattach,
or replace
Tighten hose clamp
Replace cap
Inflate tires to 30 p.s.i.
Check for debris on axle
Grease bearings
Remove wheel, add
washers to take up slack
Replace bearing assembly
Replace wheels and/or blades
TM
Loosen coupling nut and
re-position head on groove
Loosen 1/2 turn
Replace

Check wheels for wear/
replace
