 Use the template 2) supplied (Fig. 27) to check that the
head assembly is placed correctly 1), following the instruc-
tions indicated in Tab. B.

 Thread the wires 5) (Fig. 28) in the electrodes 12), and
check that the seal between cable-electrode terminals is
properly fixed (if necessary, fasten the cable terminals);
then, protect the terminals with the insulating tubes.

 Fit the blast tube 2) (Fig. 25) and fix it with the screw 3) with
a tightening torque not exceeding 0.8 Nm, being careful to
adjust the opening of slots as indicated in Tab. A page 17
(use the template supplied) (Fig. 27).

 Fix the sleeve 11) (Fig. 29) following the indications in the
figure.
9.3.3

Head assembly/electrode replacement

To access the head assembly/electrodes, follow these instructions:
 remove the flange-fixing nut and pull out the burner;
 hook the burner onto flange 1) (Fig. 30), undo the screws 3)
and pull off the blast tube 2);
 loosen the screw 8) and take out the combustion head 7)
from the nozzle holder 9) trying to slide off the wires 5) from
the electrodes;
 replace the combustion head 7);
 refit in the reverse order as described in paragraph
9.3.2 "Nozzle replacement" at page 23.
