Release the display panel cable from the retention clip (6) built into the top cover/keyboard.
7.
Remove the six Phillips M2.0 × 6.0 screws that secure the display assembly to the computer.
8.
Swing the top edge of the display assembly (1) away from the top cover/keyboard. (The top cover/
keyboard disengages from the display assembly hinges.)
