8 Maintenance
Troubleshooting Suggestions
Reduce the number of PV
modules connected in series in
the PV string until the PV
string open-circuit voltage is
not greater than the
maximum operating voltage
of the inverter. After the PV
array configuration is
corrected, the alarm
disappears.
Check whether the PV string is
reversely connected to the
inverter. If yes, wait until the
PV string current drops below
0.5 A. Then, set all DC
switches to OFF and correct
the PV string connection.
