Page 3 a) Latte-Pfosten-Konstruktion auf den Boden legen, wobei die Nut nach oben zeigen muss. b) In die Nut des Pfostens von unten (Pfostenende) jeweils 2 Stück Einsteckmuttern 20 mm, M 8 stecken und ganz nach oben schieben. Oberes Scharnier mit 2 Stück Befestigungsbohrungen auflegen. Dabei beachten, dass die angeschrägte Seite des Scharniers zur Torinnenseite zeigen muss.
Page 4 e) Netzbügel in die Scharniere einfügen. Dabei darauf achten, dass das Ende des Netzbügels mit 2 Bohrungen (Rundrohr) in das obere Scharnier und das Ende mit 1 Bohrung (Quadratrohr) in das untere Scharnier gesteckt wird. Den Bügel so in die Scharniere stecken, dass die Bohrungen jeweils deckungsgleich mit den Bohrungen in den Scharnieren sind.
Page 5 g) In die Netzbügelenden (Quadratrohr hinten) jeweils 1 Stück Kunststoffkappe 40 x 40 mm eintreiben. h) Netzbügel nach außen drücken. Sechskantschraube DIN 933, M 8 x 60 von oben durch die 2. Bohrung des oberen Scharniers und des Bügels stecken. An der Scharnierunterseite Unterlegscheibe DIN 125, Ø 8,4 aufstecken und Flügelmutter DIN 315, M 8 aufdrehen.
Page 6 Diese Bohrungen dienen zur Fixierung der vorgeschriebenen Bodenverankerung des Tores. Hierzu sind, je nach Untergrund, verschiedene Systeme im Handel erhältlich (siehe Sport-Thieme Zubehör). Bodenverankerungen gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang des Tores. Die Verwendung des Tores ohne entsprechende Verankerung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
Page 7 6. Wartung, Pflege, Sicherheitshinweise, Lagerung: Kontrollieren Sie die Schraubverbindungen regelmäßig auf ihren festen Sitz. Prüfen Sie die Komponenten auf eventuelle Beschädigungen und tauschen Sie verschlissene Teile aus. Page 11 a) Lay bar/upright construction on the ground with guide rail showing upwards. b) Stick from the bottom (upright’s end) 2 nuts 20 mm, M 8 each in the guide rail of the upright and push them to the top. Mount upper hinge with 2 fastening boreholes. Please consider that the inclined side of the hinge points to the goal inside.
Page 12 d) Beat cap 80 x 40 into the upright (use a mallet if necessary), adjust lower hinge and tighten fixing screw. Take care that the hinge at the bottom is flush with the upright’s cap. e) Fix net hoops in the hinges. Take care that the end of the net hoop with 2 boreholes (round tube) is fixed in the upper hinge and the end with 1 borehole (square tube) is fixed in the lower hinge.
Page 13 g) Beat 1 plastic cap 40 x 40 each into the net hoop ends (back of square tube). h) Press net hoop to the outside. Stick from the top hexagon screw DIN 933, M 8 x 60 through the 2 borehole of the upper hinge and the hoop.
Page 14 The ground bars are equipped with boreholes of 25 mm which serve to fix the special anchoring systems for the goal. Different systems are available (see Sport-Thieme accessories). The anchoring system is not part of the delivery. The use of the goal without corresponding anchoring system is at your own risk.
Page 15 6. Maintenance, safety and storage instructions: Check screwed fastenings regularly and change damaged and wearing parts if need be. Notice: Due to our continuous quality check of products and equipment technical modifications are possible. This goal is constructed only for soccer matches and not for other purposes.

Inspection and maintenance: a) Visual inspections should routinely be realized before each use. b) Functional inspections should take place at least every six months or according to manufacturer’s instructions/national regulations/standard specifications. c) A general inspection should be realized at least once a year or according to manufacturer’s instructions/national regulations/standard specifications.
