Assembly Instruction - Sears FREE SPIRIT C249 30045 0 Owner's Manual

This manual is designed to help you easily assemble, adjust and use this machine. Please
read this manual carefully. For the sake of familiarizing yourself with the parts identified in
the instruction, first study the overview drawing.
Set all parts in a clear area on the floor and remove the packing material. Refer to the
parts list for help to identify the parts.
It will take two people to assemble this unit.
STEP 1. ATTACH THE STABILIZERS
n Attach the rear stabilizer (2) with adjustable end caps (12) to the main frame (1)
using 2 carriage bolts (38), 2 curve washers (40), 2 spring washers (39) and 2 cap
nuts (37).
n Attach the front stabilizer (9) with transportation wheels (21) to the main frame (1)
using 2 carriage bolts (38), 2 curve washers (40), 2 spring washers (39) and 2 cap
nuts (37).
n NOTE: Make sure you fasten the bolts securely to avoid shaking and discomfort
when cycling. Use the adjustable cap (12) to level the bike.
