7. Troubleshoot

• Item 1 LED indicator is off
Check if power cord is plugged into the AC socket.
Check if the LCD Monitor is turn on.
• Item 2 No picture
Check if the Video cable plugged into the device well.
Check if the computer is in standby mode or power on.
• Item 3 No Audio output
Check if the audio cable plugged into the device well.
Check if the volume is set to 0.
Check if AUDIO is set to mute.
