Installing Grill Head
Remove grill head unit from carton, then place onto

cart from above as shown on diagram (below). Caution!!
Head unit is heavy. To avoid injury, we strongly
recommend 2 or more persons for this step.
3. Align screw holes located on the outside of the grill.

Attach the grill head to right side panel using (4) ¼ x

3/5" screws with (4) ¼" washers. (Fig.11)
4. Using (2) 5/32 x 2/5" Phillips head screws and (2) 5/32"
nuts with (2) 5/32" lock washers, attach the side burner
heat shield and tank heat shield together. Use (4) 5/32 x
2/5" Phillips head screws with (4) 5/32" lock washers to
attach the shield assembly to the leg and firebox bottom.
