OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. To Attach Battery Pack Battery-release a. Align the raised portion on the battery pack button with the grooves on the bottom of the tool, then slide the battery pack onto the tool, as shown. b. Make sure that the latches on the battery pack snap into place and the battery pack is secured to the tool before beginning operation. - Page 10 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 3. Variable-speed Trigger Switch a. To turn the impact wrench ON, depress the variable-speed trigger switch (C). b. To turn it OFF, release the variable-speed trigger switch. c. The variable-speed trigger switch delivers higher speed with increased trigger pressure and lower speed with decreased trigger pressure.
- Page 11 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 5. LED Worklight The LED work light (F), located on the base of the impact wrench, will illuminate when the variable- speed trigger switch is depressed. This provides additional light on the surface of the workpiece for operation in lower-light conditions. The LED work light will turn off after approximately 10 seconds when the variable-speed trigger switch is released.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS NOTICE: Excessive fastening torque may damage the bolt/nut or socket. Practice with various fasteners, noting the length of time required to reach the desired torque. Check the tightness with a torque wrench. If the fasteners are too tight, reduce the impacting time. -
