RTU-to-Modem Synchronous Connection (DTE-to-DCE)

Use the FLN6704A cable kit to connect one of the IRRInet-XL RTU RS-232 ports to a
modem synchronously (the RTU serves as a DTE). The kit includes a cable with RJ45
modular jacks on both ends and a RJ45 to 25-pin female D-Type adaptor (See Figure
5-3). The possible RTU configurations are detailed in Table 5-2 below:
