Lay the left stair railing on the floor. (Railings are labeled on their underside.) Affix a 29" cou-
pling (with the shaped end up) to the top end of the railing, by sliding the metal connectors
over their mates on the railing.
Attach a 22" coupling to the bottom end of the railing in the same way. The sub-assembly
should look like the picture above.
Repeat this procedure for the right stair railing.
