To switch off the alarm clock
You have set the alarm but do
not want it to ring every day.
Press the Menu options button.

button until the display shows

Press the OK options button.

Press the OK options button.

Press the LEFT or RIGHT
navigation button to select
Press the Save options button
Save
to confirm.
Press the RED PHONE button
until you reach the idle display.
To set an appointment call
You can tell your handset to
remind you of one appointment
at a specific date and time.
If
am or pm is displayed you are
using the 12 hour clock.
Press the Menu options button.

Enter the day/month of your
appointment, e.g. 05 02 for
5th February.
Press the DOWN navigation
button to move to the next line.
Enter the hour/minute of your
appointment, e.g. 0905 for 9:05am.
Press the DOWN navigation
button. You can now choose the
ringer melody for your alarm call.
Press the LEFT or RIGHT
navigation button to hear the
melody.
Press the Save options button
Save
to save your settings.
Press the RED PHONE button
until you reach the idle display.
Note
Your alarm call will only ring if you
are not using the handset at the time.
The call rings for about 30 seconds.
