To copy a number from the
Calls list to the Directory
Press the ENVELOPE button.
Press the DOWN navigation
button until the display shows
Calls List .
Press the OK options button.
OK
The most recently received
call is displayed.
Press the UP/DOWN
navigation button if necessary
to scroll through the list to the
call you want.
Press the Menu options button.

Press the DOWN navigation
button until the display shows
Copy to Dir .
Press the OK options button.
OK
The number is copied.
To enter a name:
Press the DOWN navigation
button to move the cursor to
the name section. The cursor
is now in a position for you to
add a name to the number if
you want to.
Enter the name.
Press the OK options button
OK
to save the entry.
Press the RED PHONE button
until you reach the idle display.

To delete a call from the
Calls list
Press the ENVELOPE button.
Press the DOWN navigation
button until
Calls List is
highlighted.
Press the OK options button.
OK
The most recently received
call is shown.
Press the DOWN navigation
button until the call is
displayed that you want to
delete.
Press the DELETE options
button.
Display shows
deleted .
Press the RED PHONE button
until you reach the idle display.
