OPERATION OPERATING THE MOBILE BASE (FIG. 14 & 15) 1. Place the fully assembled mobile base on a level surface. 2. Carefully plan the orientation of the machine onto the mobile base. When the mobile base is in the rmobile con- figuration, the foot lever side will be lifted 1.2 inches (30mm) higher that the fixed wheel side.
