1. PRE-NETWORK SETTINGS - Connect your IP room station to your switch or router via cat5e or cat6, then launch the CVT Upgrade Tool (This tool is on http://channelvision.com/support/product-support/firmware-software/). Click on the search button to find the IP address of your door station. 192.168.1.230 by default. Verify your computer's LAN settings from a command prompt.

- Open a Web browser, type the IP address of your room station into the address bar at the top and press enter to access the user interface. For ST-3108 the default IP is 192.168.1.220 and for ST-3078 is 192.168.1.230 Enter your user name and password to access the user interface.

4) In the Browser search bar, type http://m.apkpure.com 5) With the ‘Search tool’ in the webpage, type the name of the app that you want to install. For this example, we will use “Spotify”.

6) Select the “Download” button, a Security Warning pop up will warn you about a problem with the security certificate; this is only a precaution for other pages. Select “Continue”. 7) The new App will begin downloading. When it finishes, at the bottom right corner (where the time is), you will see the new App’s icon.

8) After selecting download, it will prompt another warning for ‘Install Blocked’, then select “Settings” to go to the “Settings/Security” section. In the “Settings/Security” section, check the “Unknown sources” box, to give permission to install the file. You will be prompted with another warning about vulnerability, select “Ok”.

10) Go to the “File Manager” Icon in the main Apps section. Then, find the path of the file that was downloaded. Commonly it will be in “/mnt/sdcard/Download”. Here you can find the Spotify Music .apk file. Double click on it and it begins the installation process.

11) After locating the “.apk” file, select it, and the installer will begin. Click on Next to continue the installation process. 12) After the installation process finishes, you select “Done” to close the window, or Select “Open” to use the app.
