XI. Maintenance and repair
Warning: Before opening the rear cover of the meter, check that the power has been switched off and the
probes have been off the input ports and the measured circuits.
1. General maintenance and repair: * During maintenance and repair, the meter casing shall be cleaned with a
wet cloth and mild cleaning agents rather than grinding agents or solvents.
* If abnormal, the meter shall be stopped and sent for repair immediately.
* Calibration or repair of the meter, if required, shall be carried out by qualified professionals or designated
service department.
2. Battery or fuse replacement procedures (see Fig. 15):
* Set the power switch to "OFF" position. Replace the illustrations of 03075/03079 model, and remove the probe
from the input jack.
* Undo one fixing screw of the bracket with a screwdriver, and then remove the battery rear cover and the
bracket. Next, replace the blown fuse F1/F2.
* After low voltage is indicated, connect the power adapter of DC10V 500mA for charging.
