7. Temperature measurement (see Fig. 9)
In mV mode, press and hold "SELECT" to activate or deactivate
temperature measurement function: When the temperature
measurement function is activated, press "SELECT" to select °C or °F as
the unit of temperature. Temperature sensor: Only for Type K (nickel-
chromium ~ nickel-silicon) thermocouples. After power-on and display
of "OL", insert the Type K temperature sensor to enable temperature
measurement in °C or °F. °F=1.8°C+32
Note:
The point Type K (nickel-chromium ~ nickel-silicon) thermocouple
provided as accessory is only suitable for measurement of temperature
below 230°C/446°F.
