The Sloan EFP-39-A Control Module regulates the water flow duration after activation. To adjust the water duration, you need to configure the control module settings. Since this model is compatible with Sloan Optima electronic faucets that use Bluetooth technology, you may need to use the corresponding Bluetooth interface or app to modify the settings. Ensure compatibility before making adjustments.

If the Sloan EFP-39-A faucet is not working and the red light in the infrared (IR) sensor is permanently on, the battery power is low. Install four (4) new AA-sized alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct orientation. After replacing the batteries, reattach the battery compartment to the control module. If the green LED does not illuminate, remove the battery compartment for 10 seconds and then reinstall it.
