Note: An asterisk (*) next to a value indicates the factory default setting.
Description
Set the allowable file size for each e‑mail.
Specify an error message that the printer sends when an e‑mail exceeds its
allowable file size.
Note: You can type up to 1024 characters.
Limit sending of e‑mail only to the specified list of domain names.
Note: Use a comma to separate each domain.
Send a copy of the e‑mail to yourself.
Limit the number of e‑mail recipients.
Enable carbon copy and blind carbon copy in e‑mail.
Choose between single- and multiple‑page TIFF files.
Set a compression option for TIFF files.
Set the quality of text on a scanned image.
Set the quality of text or photo on a scanned image.
Set the quality of a photo on a scanned image.
Enable the Text/Photo mode to produce smaller file sizes by using 1‑bit image.
Note: This menu item appears only when Color is set to Gray.
Print a log for successful e‑mail transmission.
